Allora Restaurant, Bayside Queens, New York Wedding

This wedding had a dog. A really cute adorable dog. Named Darwin. Who wore his own tuxedo for the day. I think that it really speaks for itself.

In any case, I love photographing New York weddings that are low key and authentic to the bride and groom - they were able to do their wedding day exactly how they wanted it, as a celebration of their love, as well as an opportunity for their families to get to know each other. They decided to eschew a reception, instead selecting Allora Italian Kitchen, a restaurant near to where much of their family lived, and instead had a lovely evening of delicious Italian food and much wonderful wine.

Oh and did you notice that after their first look, they decided to play a board game?

Enjoy some photos from Kristen and Tim's wedding, if you like what you see please don't hesitate to reach out! I serve all five boroughs of New York (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Harlem, and Staten Island), photographing weddings with a photojournalistic and storytelling style.
